The Goat is another great tool for the toolbox. It's nice to have something to grab a hold of when transitioning on/off roof at ladder.

I already use cougar paws and have added this as another tool to make getting on the roof safer from that ladder to roof connection. Very happy with my purchase made me a little antsy when first using it as the hook flexes a little. But you'll get used to it.

I've used this product so many times on a roof, it beats the heck out of a rope and harness. It has paid for itself in less than a week. I would recommend this to anyone who does anything on a roof.
